Yadi Rosales (She/Her/Ella), LCSW

Your situation is not unworkable. Trauma, stress, and mental health struggles are often a natural part of this life.

Welcome, my name is Yadira (ya-dear-uh), but I often go by Yadi (ya-dee). I have been lucky enough to build a career where I get to meet and learn about you, so in return, here is a bit about me! I am a Tucson transplant who moved after studying social work and psychology, focusing on childhood development, social sciences, and human behavior. I strive to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space for you to explore and reconnect with your internal wisdom, clarity, and healing capabilities. My aim is to assist you in shifting your energy from struggling against yourself to working with yourself!

My clinical expertise includes working with adolescents/ young adults, families, couples, and individuals struggling with anxiety, interpersonal relationship trauma, childhood trauma, identity development, pregnancy/ early motherhood adjustments, chronic sadness and daily stress management. My approach to therapy is client-centered and blends Western analytical approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment theory, narrative therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), with scientific understanding of trauma and the nervous system, and mindfulness insights from Buddhist psychology.

I hope to harness a collaborative and supportive therapeutic environment where clients can safely engage in self discovery through a personalized treatment approach.

I am welcoming to all walks of life!
