Psych eval $250 self-pay for initial session (credentialed with Aetna, BCBS, and UHC)

A one hour visit for a full psychiatric evaluation and treatment plan. Our psychiatric nurse practitioner will incorporate alternative and complementary practices into the mainstream allopathic narrative. They will then make recommendations for medication adjustments or explore changing or adding medications if necessary and desired. This can be a helpful addition to talk therapy and our psych NP works collaboratively with our team of therapists to best support the client. 

Med management follow up $125 self-pay  (credentialed with BCBS, Aetna and UHC)

A 30 minute follow up visit after you’ve had a psychiatric evaluation with our psychiatric nurse practitioner. They will explore how current medications are working and make any adjustments if necessary.

Integrative psychiatric evaluation 2 hours: with comprehensive treatment plan and recommendations which may include pharmacology, but I won’t be prescribing anything.

Diagnostic clarification evaluation 2 hours: Comprehensive evaluation may include screening tools to help clarify root of symptoms. Will write up consult letter, will not provide treatment planning.
