Want to work with us?

We are always open to meeting and connecting with clinicians who are aligned with our practice even if we are not actively hiring. We work best with people who are emotionally courageous, self reflective, and willing to open up to themselves in ways that can at times be uncomfortable or challenging.  We have several different arrangements for full and part-time work as well as contract work and offer a lot of autonomy in setting your schedule based on your employment agreement. We offer a competitive total compensation and benefits package as W2 employee including medical/dental/vision through BCBS, PTO plan,  use of beautiful indoor and outdoor office spaces, office supplies/furniture, electronic record system, and billing services, employer paid short term disability, 401k, PTO, furnished office rent and maintenance paid, access to EHR and all of the documents needed for clients, yearly educational stipends, free CE credits, and up to 4.5 hours of supervision per month and an opportunity for the National Health Service Corps loan repayment program ($50k for 2 years).

The following are some of the core competencies we look for in a clinician: trauma informed, knowledgeable about identity formation (LGBTQIA+), mindfulness, psychedelics, alternative relationships, building community, feminism, and social justice.

We are currently focused on expanding our services to include more psychedelic integration services as well as ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP). We’re hoping to attract clinicians, medical providers and support staff who are knowledgable and passionate about this work.
