Clea Conlin, LPC

We all carry stories about who we are, how relationships work, and what it means to be worthy of love and connection.

The ways we learn to navigate relationships often begin long before we realize it, shaped by our families, identities, and past experiences.

I see therapy as a space to slow down, get curious about these patterns, and explore which stories still serve us and which ones we may be ready to rewrite. My goal is to create a warm, affirming space where you can show up authentically, feel understood, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships.

I work with individuals and couples navigating emotional connection, communication, identity, intimacy, and relational patterns. With relationship counseling, I aim to help partners understand the cycles they become caught in, identify the emotions and needs underneath conflict, and develop more secure and meaningful ways of connecting.

My clinical approach is grounded in Family Systems and Humanistic theories, with training in the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I take an integrative, trauma-informed approach that emphasizes safety, collaboration, curiosity, and empowerment. I welcome working with diverse identities, cultures, and relationship structures.

My role as a therapist is to walk alongside you in your exploration of self. Together, we can cultivate greater understanding, self-compassion, and authenticity while creating relationships and a life that feel more aligned with who you are and who you’re becoming.
