The Art of Exposure:
ERP for OCD and Anxiety
This training cuts through outdated stereotypes and teaches you how to truly recognize OCD in its diverse and complex forms—including the internal, often-missed compulsions like mental reviewing, obsessive rumination, somatic checking, and reassurance seeking. You’ll learn how to deliver evidence-based, research-driven care that includes accurate assessment, robust psychoeducation, and clear, effective ERP. We’ll also explore ERP-informed ways to help clients sit with uncertainty, resist the urge to control, and move toward a life guided by values rather than fear. You’ll leave with a practical roadmap, real case examples, and renewed confidence in how to treat OCD and anxiety with both structure and heart. Malorie’s intention is that you will leave the training ready to start using a thorough ERP protocol right away.
