Yadi Rosales

Welcome, my full name is Yadira, but I prefer Yadi (pronounced: ya-dee). I have been lucky to build a career where I get to meet and learn about you, so in return, here is a bit about me! As a Hispanic woman, family, culture, and community are very important to me and have played major roles in why I became a social worker. I trust in the powers of healing and believe that every individual has the strength within themselves to navigate this life, sometimes we need some help reconnecting with our inner healer and I am honored to be the person others confide in.

My clinical expertise includes working with adolescents, families, and individuals struggling with anxiety, identity development, inter-personal relationship trauma, and survivors of sexual assault. I also enjoy working with individuals focused on spiritual psychedelic integration and harm reduction.

My approach to therapy is non-directive and client-centered with a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, attachment theory, narrative therapy, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness practices. I like to focus on how our intersecting identities, thoughts, belief systems, and stories work together to create the person we see in the mirror!

I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma informed, and open to all walks of life. I personally strive to harness a creative, warm, and supportive therapeutic environment where clients can safely engage in self-exploration and increase their understanding of self. Let’s get started!
